As you know, the end of June marked the close of our 2nd quarter for the 2006 fiscal year. This past quarter was filled with a number of significant accomplishments for the Company and it marked our very first quarter with actual revenue. This is very exciting. Being a revenue producing company distinguishes us from the majority of biotechnology companies that produce no revenue and focus only on research and development.

We expect our success to continue with Designer Diagnostics. We are also planning to commence our ReceptoPharm human clinical trials for Adrenomyeloneuropathy this fall.
