I hope you all are having a very wonderful holiday season. I know we haven’t posted for while, but we have been extremely busy preparing for our clinical trials as well as finalizing our Designer Diagnostic Tuberculosis test kit that we hope to launch next quarter.

As we continue to progress towards the New Year, I would like to take a moment and think about some of our accomplishments in 2006. During this past year, we successfully completely a number of important milestones, including:

• Launching Designer Diagnostics to develop, market and sell diagnostic test kits for the rapid identification of Tuberculosis and NonTuberculosis Mycobacterium
• Agreeing in principal with Svizera Labs to supply the World Health Organization with Tuberculosis test kits
• Receiving approval by the British MHRA to begin our Phase IIb human clinical trials for the treatment of Adrenomyeloneuropathy
• Implementing a new corporate marketing and communications strategy
• Completing an analysis of a series of studies with RPI-78M in the gene expression of cells from Multiple Sclerosis
• Reporting that RPI-MN is effective against drug-resistant strains of HIV
• Receiving FDA approval for exporting our Designer Diagnostics NonTuberculosis Mycobacterium test kits
• Receiving a signed letter of intent from ReceptoPharm to be fully acquired by Nutra Pharma
• Presenting at numerous conferences and symposiums around the country, including the 11th Annual Immunobiology Symposium and the Rocky Mountain Biotechnology Symposium
• Receiving accreditation by the Health on the Net Foundation
• Being accepted in the Stop TB Partnership
• Announcing positive results of a ReceptoPharm pain study

I believe that these accomplishments help provide Nutra Pharma with an important foundation that will allow for a successful 2007.
