A Quick Note about Recent Changes to our Patent Portfolio
Posted on Nov 6th, 2009 by Rik J. Deitsch
Several months ago we decided to let go of 18 patents that we had originally licensed from NanoLogix for use with our Designer Diagnostics test kit technology. We were no longer using these patents and they are not material to Nutra Pharma, so it did not make sense for us to continue paying hefty royalties to NanoLogix. Additionally, this decision allows us to free up additional cash that we can now put towards better use within the Company. Moving forward, we continue to own 11 patents that are important to developing our test kit technology as it applies to human and animal testing as well as environmental testing.
